It doesn’t matter what size of handbag I’m carrying: I can never get to my cell phone before it has finished ringing. I don’t even carry that much stuff around with me! But somehow in the shuffle of cosmetics, I-Pod, and other few personal items, the cell phone always manages to sneak its way to the bottom. I’m really beginning to think it’s a conspiracy along the lines of the great sock monster of the laundry room.

Maybe I should put an Alexandra Bee bag on my Christmas list. Designed with the disorganized (unintentionally, I swear) in mind, her line of luxury bags come with many compartments. “So what?” you may ask. “A lot of purses have compartments.” True enough, but do they have compartments of different sizes? More often than not, that answer would be no. The various sizes can house items such as a laptop, your gravity-laden cell phone, a wallet, and even a pair of shoes. There is also a gorgeous leather baby bag that will not only help keep the multitude of child-related items separate but can become a fabulous purse once the tot has gotten older.

Launched in the spring of 2006, the bags have quite the fan base in the UK including singer Charlotte Church. Who doesn’t love a little substance with their style?
